So it was the ex’s birthday on Wednesday and although I had a shit day for many other reasons, this was also one of them…

I thought about him and for some reason even wanted to send him a message to wish him but I didn’t and I am glad.

He is married now and someone else has to deal with all his shit now – it is no longer me. He was not 100% bad, he was just not good for me and maybe now he is getting his shit together.. Who knows..

I do miss him; we were together a long time and went through some pretty rough shit together so its natural. But I think it’s got even more to do with the fact that I am alone.. and lonely…
