About me... I do this blogging thing every now and again. I am not sure if I am even getting it right - but it's an outlet :)
I am passionate about reading and so I write a lot of reviews.

She has a passion for the truth . . . and this time, it’s taking her down.
A commercial airliner disaster has brought Tempe Brennan to the North Carolina mountains as a member of the investigative agency DMORT. As bomb theories abound, Tempe soon discovers a jarring piece of evidence that raises dangerous questions — and gets her thrown from the DMORT team. Relentless in her pursuit of its significance, Tempe uncovers a shocking, multilayered tale of deceit and depravity as she probes her way into frightening territory — where someone wants her stopped in her tracks.
My thoughts:
I read this book during a week long holiday in the quaint town of Dullstroom in July 2011. It was just before I started working at my new job at Quirk. It was cold that week and my sister and I were both sick that week so we spent a lot of time in the cottage and I read this book cover to cover in that week.
It was one of the best books I had read at the time and I thoroughly enjoyed the story telling. One small incident related to the initial investigation of a tragic fatal plane crash revealed a tiny insight into another dark world and more death and deception ensued.
Descriptive, dangerous and enthralling!
