If you had to make a list of things that life is too short for what you put in that list?

I remember something my parents used to say was something along the lines of “Life’s too short to cry over spilled milk”. Why not? This idiom relates to not being upset about making a mistake or doing something wrong since it cannot be changed once it has happened.

Life is too short for many things, I reckon. Too short for things like:

• regrets
• holding grudges
• draining, negative people
• to go to bed mad or upset
• not enjoying things like chocolate, cake, ice cream, pizza and spare ribs (among a whole list of other things) – even if it is occasionally
• worrying about things that are out of your control
• bad/cheap wine
• removing the USB device safely #overheard
• worrying about what other people think
• being anything but HAPPY

I know most (ok all) of this advice should be applied to myself first and foremost. I just wanted to put it out there as a bit of reminder to myself and to see what other people think.
